Grinding

Terex TBG 640
The TBG 640 is ideal for biomass and bioenergy applications, as well as for recycling yards and landfill grinding. Units use a 65-inch wide, 34-inch diameter hammermill, and provide a 41-inch high, 63-inch wide infeed opening. As with all Terex Environmental equipment, these grinders are complete with the latest generation engines to meet global emission standards. A standard 700-hp engine allows for production capability between 300 to 400 yards per hour in green waste applications and 400 to 500 yards per hour in scrap wood recycling.

Peterson 4710D
The 4710D Horizontal Grinder is a track mounted horizontal grinder designed for high-volume producers with very demanding end-product specifications. Boasting 18 inches (46 cm) of ground clearance—this model is particularly suited for land clearing operations or other applications where mobility and frequent moving is desired. Track mounting also reduces material handling costs in conventional recycling yards as well.

The 4710D Horizontal Grinder is powered by a Tier IV Caterpillar C18 engine rated at 755 horsepower (563 kW). Peterson’s three-stage grinding process with an up-turning rotor and large grate area enables the 4710D Horizontal Grinder to produce materials to exact specifications.

Morbark 3800 Wood Hog
The Morbark 3800 Wood Hog is an aggressive, productive horizontal grinder built to process clearing debris, yard, storm and other mixed woody waste into saleable products. With a 1m x 1.5m infeed opening, the 3800 provides outstanding material flow into the mill chamber. Morbark designers created plenty of space under and within the mill to allow for smooth operation on large and bulky material. Engine is a Caterpillar 700HP C18 Turbo Diesel.

Haas Tyron 2000
The HAAS TYRON Double Shaft Slow Speed Shredder convinces due to his strong performance, aggressive infeed, high economic efficiency, and a long lifetime.

The machine with the Viking is due to the “intelligent” HAAS Double Shaft System the perfect solution for the effective shredding of the most difficult materials.
Two independent driven shredding shafts ensure highest flexibility!
Depending on the material, the shaft rotation speed, rotation direction and reversing times can be adjusted at any time by the customer.

Rubble Master RM100
The RM 100GO! is suitable for crushing many types of materials including but not limited to Concrete Recycling, Asphalt and Brick Recycling, Gravel and Limestone Crushing, Hard Rock Crushing (primary or secondary), Glass Recycling etc.

Offering unrivalled levels of serviceability, minimum downtime and low fuel consumption due to the highly efficient diesel / electric drive system the RM 100GO! is unbeatable.

Screening

McCloskey R155 Deck Screen
The McCloskey R155 High Energy Screener is a tough, robust screening tool designed to cope with the heaviest of applications. With the ability to handle some of the worst, untreated construction and demolition waste, the R155 can minimize material pre-handling and provide clean end products. The R155 has proven to be extremely effective across a wide range of applications. With a screening area of 155 ft² across the High Energy Screenbox – the largest in its class – the R155 has impressed operators across applications like site reclamation, construction and demolition waste, working with difficult materials such as heavy rock, sticky clay and fines, and boulder clay.

McCloskey R70 Deck Screen
The McCloskey R70 screener delivers the versatile, heavy-duty configuration that is expected of the R-Series, but can be transported easily and economically. The R70 is a perfect fit for contractors that require the ability to tackle large numbers of smaller heavy-duty construction, demolition, and remediation projects. The R70 mobile screener is built with the durability and screening performance that McCloskey International has built its reputation on, using high-quality components and the innovative McCloskey High Energy Screenbox.

Neuenhausen 3F Star Screen
The 3F star screen on crawler tracks with their high throughput, short equipment times and generous discharge belts permit time- and cost-efficient operation in preparation of many different wastes. The high-performance screen machine separates raw and residual materials such as waste wood, green waste, bark and construction debris cleanly and reliably and with simple operation even in rugged terrain. The grain size can be adjusted quickly and comfortably with the screen shaft speed adjustment.
